So I started eating better which means eating less, and no fast food, and the first week was fine, but the day after that I wanted everything. Chinese,pizza,all you can eat anything, donuts, ice cream, uuurg chipotles.
And I get into this mood that i'm annoyed because I cant get my way, but I try to keep that to myself but I know I do a terrible job at it. My hubby was feeling so bad about not getting me some egg mcmuffins he's just like "what do you want me to do...?". But i'm glad he didnt.
On the upside i've lost 7-8lbs which isnt alot considering how much I wanna loose, but i'm happy about that.
